CFD ANALYSIS SERVICES

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a study of fluid movement that usually involves heat transfer and combustion using CFD codes. CFD is increasingly used in the built environment in Fire and Life Safety and HVAC. Our CFD services include but not limited to,

Fire and Smoke Modeling

While fire and life safety system designs are governed by prescriptive code requirements, alternative designs are being often considered in complex buildings such as high-rise buildings, atria, and green buildings. CFD can be used to analyze smoke movement, tenability assessment and to yield results for detailed structural fire impact assessments.
